Trans-African Railway Corporation

Trans Africa Railway Corporation TARC, which also stands for "Trade Acceleration by Regional Connectivity," was envisioned by Christian Roman Gutzwiller as the best solution to develop the African Continent. It involves the implementation of a High-Speed Rail System for passengers and cargo in Sub-Saharan Africa's most economically valuable corridors, covering ECOWAS, Central, East, and South Africa with a total of 24,000 kilometers of rail. This system will operate under a profitable, centrally managed DBFOM (Design, Build, Finance, Operate, and Maintain) business model, driven by Africa's diaspora and financed by Africa's private sector.
